Fair usage
Your package includes 4,000 diverted call minutes per month. If usage exceeds this allowance, additional diverted minutes are charged at 2p per minute.
There are no hidden fees – any overage is based only on usage above the included allowance.
📅 Tip: Once signed up, turn off your mobile voicemail – some prisons may test call the number.
